For best results when trying to connect devices with the Phono Box BT E, ensure all other potential sources for connection have Bluetooth disabled. This includes your mobile phone, laptop, tv etc. A good way to check is to use your smart phone to determine what other devices are searchable and when all have been eliminated; disable bluetooth on the mobile too.
The next step would be to power up the Phono Box BT E and then the device you are attempting to connect it to - the unit will search for any available sources to connect to and if your desired source is the only Bluetooth enabled device it should automatically connect to that.
