With regards to converting the Panasonic UB820 or UB9000 to a multi-region format; it is only possible to make a modification to allow DVD's to be played from different regions and not for 4K Blu-Ray or Regular Blu-Ray discs.
The process for this involves contacting Panasonic directly by phone, as we are the distributors for the Panasonic Blu-Ray players and a not a support centre for enquiries such as this.
