To have your unit repaired, please send it securely packaged to our head office, with a note enclosed detailing the nature of the fault, warranty/purchase details, and your full contact details. We also accept over the counter drop-offs. If you'd like to contact us ahead of time with these details, we may be able to provide you with a rough estimate on cost and estimated time.
