To connect your turntable to your amplifier you'll require some RCA cables to connect into one of the amp's 'line level' inputs. If you have a phono input on your amplifier, you can connect directly to that.

If your amplifier does not have a phono input, you will need a 'phono' preamp between your turntable and amp. The phono stage is necessary to conduct a specialised equalisation of the signal taken from the cartridge. Some turntables come with an inbuilt phono stage - see the Essential II Phono USB or the Debut Carbon Phono USB. As a general rule, if your turntable has a USB input then it almost definitely has an inbuilt phono stage.

Be careful not to connect your phono preamp's output into the amplifier's phono input as this may cause damage to the amplifier.
